Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

All are invited to journey through this light-hearted meditation with Ceremonial Cacao where we will be led into discovering more of ourselves. Meditation and Cacao will be followed by a sound bath where everyone is invited to recieve the powerful healing frequencies of 7 Crystal Quartz sound bowls and harmonium. This is an opportunity for profound emotional processing and whole body restoration on every energetic layer of the body. Sound will be followed with light mantra and local organic snacks.
